Processing Times

All THE WAX FOUNDRY orders are hand-packed and prepared for shipment from British Columbia, Canada.

Please allow 2–4 business days for order processing.

Processing times may be extended during seasonal releases, holidays, or periods of increased demand.


Shipping Destinations

We currently ship throughout Canada and select international destinations.

Shipping availability may change without notice.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.

Any applicable duties, customs fees, taxes, or import charges are the responsibility of the customer.


Delivery Estimates

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timelines are outside of our control.


Lost or Delayed Packages

THE WAX FOUNDRY is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers
  • Customs processing
  • Weather events
  • Labour disruptions
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

If your package appears lost, please contact us and we will do our best to assist in locating the shipment.


Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate at checkout.

Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping charges before being re-shipped.


Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of:

  • The product
  • Packaging
  • Shipping box

We will review each case individually and provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.
