Returns

Due to the handmade and limited-edition nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Scent preference
  • Personal taste
  • Seasonal or archived releases

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photographs of the product
  • Photographs of the shipping box and packaging

Claims submitted after 7 days may not be eligible for review.


Replacements & Refunds

Approved claims may receive:

  • A replacement product
  • Store credit
  • A refund to the original payment method

Resolutions are provided at the sole discretion of THE WAX FOUNDRY.

All sale items, promotional products, limited releases, and archived studies are final sale.
